Mr. Alon Shwartz is a high-tech entrepreneur and a highly experienced project manager with more than 30 years of System Engineering, Project management, and Operations in consumer products, communications telecommunication and defense systems.

Mr. Shwartz has spent his entire career devoted to bettering himself and his skills and today is a highly sought after individual in both the private sector and Homeland Security due to his vast experience. Mr. Shwartz is widely travelled both in his professional and his personal life and as a result he brings an innate understanding of various cultures and customs to his projects. Mr. Shwartz’s speciality is in management where he astutely navigates both international and local projects. Mr. Shwartz is particularly knowledgeable about the business domain of both the Far East and Europe. It is in understanding these varying business cultures that Mr. Shwartz excels, oftentimes being able to bridge the gap in communication and seal the deal.

Additionally, Mr. Shwartz is well-known for his abilities in team motivation. He is a well-respected consultant and team leader with over three decades of proven administration excellence in Tier 1 companies. Mr. Shwartz understands the importance of diversifying, so over the years he has also found time to lead courses in Mathematics at the College of Law and Business (Ramat Gan, Israel) and courses in Organizational Behaviour at Shenkar, College of Engineering, Design and Art,  Israel. Here he has successfully taught (and still continues to teach) the younger generation and passed on his exceptional knowledge and skills to the new leaders of tomorrow wherein they are inspired to think beyond conventional boundaries.
